To assure your total satisfaction and improve our support, we at TNE-Store accept your returns for credits to use in our store but only according to the following conditions:

Product Return Conditions

• Call or contact TNE-Store team within 24-hours after your receive your purchase to ask for returns or RMA
  
• Product must be in the same exact condition as received, including packaging and all material enclosed
• You must NOT use the product during the return acceptance period

Exceptions

• In case of presence of a manufacturer defect, you have the right to return or exchange within 72 hours of receipt of the product only when it is determined that it is a manufacturer defect and not a misuse of product
• In case you have exceeded this period, you can contact us to assist you reach the closest service center for the manufacturer of the product as long as it's within the warranty period determined by the manufacturer
